The venue of the conference is The University of Nagano / 長野県立大学 Miwa Campus [Google Maps]. Standard national COVID protocols of temperature measurement and alcohol hand sanitation will be in place, so masks are required inside the venue.

JR Nagano is on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, and to get to the venue itself go out the Zenkoji Exit of JR Nagano Station, and take the Nagano Electric Railway to Hongo Station. Then the campus is a 10-minute walk.
