You can find information in English or Japanese about the Miwa Campus on the University of Nagano website, and you can tour the building on Google Street View.

Rooms have three parts. A letter then the floor then the room. So F21 is F + 2 + 1. Follow the arrows on the floor map  to find F and then go to the second floor, and then the room is easy to find.
